Terms & Conditions


DELIVERY AND INSTALL:

Within 60 days and upon receipt of payment in full. Installation (if required) will include on site training (fee not included) and testing of hardware.

TRAINING:

A representative of The Company or The Companies nominated service agent agrees to provide the Customer with comprehensive training in respect to all technical aspects of the Lean Machine vending machines. Operating manuals will be provided also. Further training is available upon request. A fee of $80 per hour is applicable.

WARRANTY:

The Company hereby warrants that each component manufactured or supplied by The Company or its manufacturing supplier will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years. During the back to base warranty period Customers shall remove and return defective parts to The Company's manufacturer. The manufacturer shall return the defected part to the Customer. All freight shall be paid by the Customer. The Customer agrees to regularly maintain the Lean Machine's and make sure that the machines are stocked with the appropriate consumables at all times. On site labor costs are not included however The Companies manufacturer will facilitate third party warranty claims at no cost within the first year of operation.

THEFT AND VANDALISM:

Theft & vandalism is not covered by the warranty. Purchaser may obtain at their option insurance to covers such occurrences.

CUSTOMER EXPENSES:

The Customer will be required to pay all costs associated with the general and on-going operation of the said vending business. This includes travel costs, location / site fees and general maintenance.

CONSUMABLE SUPPLY:

The Company agrees to supply the Customer with a supplier.

LEAN MACHINE RETURNS POLICY:

Returns on Lean Machine vending machines will be accepted within 14 days of delivery and install however a 30% restocking fee will apply to any returns. The Customer will be required to pay all freight charges for returns.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

LEAN MACHINE Customer Service department is available to take your calls Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm EST. Email customer service is available 24 hours a day to assist you, however, emails taken after business hours will be responded to on the following business day
